Kyle Shoberg
Kyle Shoberg is a Street Crimes (IMPACT) Police Sergeant serving in Northern California. Kyle has 18 years of law enforcement experience, 7 years as a K9 Handler and 3 years as a K9 Sergeant. Kyle has worked with the SWAT team and is a POST certified in SWAT & K9 Interacting During Deployment (SKIDDS).
Kyle has been involved in numerous critical incidents, responded to numerous officer-involved shootings and has been directly involved in 4 officer-involved shooting, over 500 K9 deployments and over 60 K9 apprehensions.
Kyle is the recipient of several police commendations and awards, most notably two Medals of Valor, the Distinguished Service Medal and a Life Saving Ribbon where he was credited for saving the life of an officer who had been shot in the line of duty.
Kyle is the host of the Shots Fired Podcast and an instructor for Patrol Survival Tactics with the Savage Training Group. Mark Redlich
Mark Redlich served with the Sacramento Police Department from 13 years. His assignments included Patrol, Crime Suppression Unit, Gang Enforcement team, Professional Standards Unit and was one of fourteen Operators assigned to the departments full-time SWAT Team. Mark worked as a department instructor teaching patrol tactics, officer rescue, mass casualty response and patrol clearing techniques.
As a full-time SWAT operator, Mark made hundreds of high-risk search warrant entries and high-risk SWAT deployments. Mark formulated Tactical Action Plans and was a lead facilitator for active shooter, large infrastructure clearing, search warrant raids, vehicle assaults, tactical medicine and tactical shooting training. Mark has been involved in numerous critical incidents, responded to multiple officer-involved shootings and was directly involved in an officer-involved shooting.
Mark was on the Quick Response Force team for former Vice President, Mike Pence. Mark has provided dignitary protection for former President of Mexico, Enrique Pena Nieto, former Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, the 14th Dalai Lama, former Governor, Jerry Brown, the Sacramento Mayors and the Hometown Hero, Alek Skarlatos.
Mark was the recipient of a Life Saving Ribbon, and the Service Above Self Award presented by the Sacramento Rotary Club. He was recognized by the Sacramento Business Partnership, and the Sacramento Kings for his outstanding community service.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix and an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Business Management from Heald Business College. Mark also certified as an EMT in 2019.
