Kyle Shoberg

Kyle Shoberg is a Street Crimes (IMPACT) Police Sergeant serving in Northern California with 19 years of law enforcement experience. He has spent seven years as a K-9 handler and three years as a K-9 Sergeant, with additional experience working alongside SWAT operations. Kyle is POST-certified in SWAT & K-9 Interacting During Deployment (SKIDDS) and has extensive experience in high-risk patrol and tactical environments.
Throughout his career, Kyle has been involved in numerous critical incidents, responded to multiple officer-involved shootings, and has been directly involved in four officer-involved shootings. He has conducted over 500 K-9 deployments resulting in more than 60 K-9 apprehensions.
Kyle is the recipient of multiple commendations and awards, including two Medals of Valor, the Distinguished Service Medal, and a Life Saving Ribbon. He was credited with saving the life of a fellow officer who was shot in the line of duty.

Mark Redlich
Mark Redlich served 13 years with the Sacramento Police Department, where he held assignments in Patrol, the Crime Suppression Unit, Gang Enforcement, and the Professional Standards Unit. He was selected as one of fourteen operators assigned to the department’s full-time SWAT Team. In addition to his operational duties, Mark served as a department instructor, teaching patrol tactics, officer rescue, mass casualty response, and patrol clearing techniques.
As a full-time SWAT operator, Mark participated in hundreds of high-risk search warrant services and tactical deployments. He was responsible for developing Tactical Action Plans and served as a lead facilitator for training in active shooter response, large-scale infrastructure clearing, search warrant operations, vehicle assaults, tactical medicine, and tactical shooting. Mark has been involved in numerous critical incidents, responded to multiple officer-involved shootings, and was directly involved in an officer-involved shooting.
Mark also served on the Quick Response Force for former Vice President Mike Pence and provided dignitary protection for former President of Mexico Enrique Peña Nieto, former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, former Governor Jerry Brown, the Sacramento Mayors, and Hometown Hero Alek Skarlatos.
